MINDWELL PAYMENT POLICY
Effective Date: April 1, 2019
Please read carefully the following Payment Policy (further referred to as “Policy”) of Monclarity LLC (further referred to as “Monclarity” or “we” or “us”) with respect to the purchase of subscriptions to its MINDWELL service, which is accessible online at www.mindwell.live and www.monclarity.com (further referred to as “Sites”) and on mobile devices (collectively, “MINDWELL” or the “Service”).
1. Subscription Plans
We offer a variety of different subscription plans ranging from $1.99 to $399 for our online and mobile Service. The type of subscription plan and applicable pricing and payment terms are set forth at the time you purchase your subscription. Please note that a “lifetime” subscription plan allows you to access the Service for as long as it is available, but we make no warranties or representations as to the expected lifetime of the Service.
You will be charged for the entire term of the plan you choose at the beginning of each applicable term (e.g., monthly plans will be charged for the full month on a monthly basis; annual plans will be charged for the entire year). You will receive payment confirmation by email. Payments for subscriptions originating from app stores will be made through that app store and will be subject to their payment policy as well.
3. Payment Information
You warrant that the payment information you provide to us is valid and that it is either in your name or in the name of an individual who has authorized you to use their payment information for your subscription purchase.
Our 1-month, 3-month, 6-month and 1-year subscription plans renew automatically (this does not apply to subscriptions received as gifts); our 2-year subscription plan is not renewed automatically. If you choose one of our automatically renewing subscription plans, you acknowledge and agree that Monclarity is authorized to use your payment information in order to charge your renewal fee on the applicable renewal date. You will receive confirmation of each renewal payment by email. Please note that, if you signed up for the Service with a promotion, your renewal rate may be higher than your initial rate. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
5. Risk-Free Trials
Risk-free trial periods are available on certain subscription offers. After the risk-free period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription. One day, Three day and Seven day “Risk-Free Trial” periods will convert to a monthly auto-renewing subscription; One month “Risk-Free Trial” periods will convert to an annual auto-renewing subscription. If you choose one of our offers for a Risk-Free Trial, you acknowledge and agree that Monclarity is authorized to use your payment information in order to charge your subscription fee on the applicable date. We will not charge you until the end of the free trial period; at which time you will be charged for the appropriate subscription unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period. You will receive confirmation of renewal payment by email. Only one risk-free trial is available per user account.
For subscriptions purchased directly from Monclarity.com or Mindwell.live,
offer a 30-day money back guarantee for 1-year, 2-year or lifetime subscription plans purchased through
Site; monthly, 3-month and 6-month subscription plans are non-refundable. To receive a refund, you must
request the refund within thirty (30) days after the initial purchase or applicable renewal date.
if for some reason we terminate or suspend your account without cause, we will refund to you a pro-rated
portion of the fees you have paid for the Service. Refunds will be made to the person whose payment
information was used to purchase the subscription.
For subscriptions purchased through third party app stores (e.g., iTunes, Amazon or Google Play), please note that these sales are final, and we will not refund any fees paid for such subscriptions; any request for refunds must be made directly to the app store you made the purchase from and such refund is subject to the payment policies of those third-party app stores.
7. Price Changes
We reserve the right to change our prices. If we do so, we will notify you in advance in order to allow you an opportunity to change your subscription before we apply those changes to your account.
